also in this case for completing as original works of art

Hand Tinting
using one of the supplied image types
or by Painting
by using another unique type of image also included.
To explain:-
| Part 1 - Hand Tinting Antique
Prints
 Part 1
of the CD contains over 112 vintage
b/w prints that years ago the
original publishers normally hand tinted with water colours
before sale - but in this case both the printing and the hand
tinting will be done by you instead, as the latter day
publisher! The paper to use for printing should of course be
suitable for this purpose, such as water colour media.
While this CD enables limitless 'vintage' hand
tinted prints to be made it is a stipulation of our Sales Terms that they must not be
passed off or sold as 'antique' originals. There is certainly enough scope to make very healthy profits framing and selling such images.
Indeed this CD alone could provide a living for
artists, framers, craft and art fair
sellers, market traders and even aspiring gallery exhibitors.
Imagine how attractive they would look framed, particularly for sophisticated
decor locations such as galleries and gift stores, where there are many

Part 2 - Background Sketches for
Classic Paintings
Going a step further, we have also included on the
same CD an extra, altered version of each of the images (an additional 113
prints) without titles. These extra versions are specially "bleached" or washed out
sufficiently enough to be used as a 'sketch' background for paintings
if you have artistic skill, or have always wanted to try.
Remember, our Master Images are enhanced for
digital printing and making authentic looking reproductions with a
photo-quality printer so the antique print base you start can look real
to start with depending on the tint and type of paper you use.
You could
also try a light sepia wash before printing the image if you want to go
for an especially aged look, plus some photo editors (our images may be
manipulated at will) also have an "aged paper" special effect available
too so the print can start out looking old before you begin tinting or
painting.

Now there's no need to be held back by not being able to
draw! This is a boon for those that like to paint but
simply can't draw and the faint background image can be used as a guide for both water
colours or pastel paintings to be produced, again printing on the correct media.

SIZES: All the images are suitable for standard size
computer printers (images are pre-sized at approx 10x7in. on average to start
with) but they are
also high enough resolution for much larger blow ups to be made if you have a large format printer.
Subjects include both still lifes and landscapes, plus many highly detailed works

more ambitious/skilled.
